pretty sure the tabs to hold this thing on have to be pretty high on your fork tubes, but some moped forks are like this. just not sure which!!

105mm of space between the two stabilizer tubes for your tire to fit
bottom fork mounting spacing is 120mm wide
bottom fork mounting holes are 18mm eyelet to eyelet

top fender mounting holes are 62mm eyelet to eyelet long
top fender mounting holes are 32mm eyelet to eyelet wide
