The casting on these is very rough, almost looks sand-cast, the mating surfaces are not machined so you will need a sturdy gasket to make them seal.
The combustion chamber measures about 40mm so this is not set up for a 80 or 90 cc cylinder, although it would probably work.
There is also some nasty roughness in the chamber and a big number cast in. There is a deep groove cast into the sealing face that would extend halfway into the chamber of any 48 or 51 mm cylinder.
there is a big burr in the bolt holes as well, it will have to be chased with a drill bit.
that said, the fins are nice and big.
This will take a long reach spark plug NGK BxES instead of BxHS.
