This belt is too short for use with a TJT variator, it broke my rear pulley in half when it bottomed out the rear variator. With a stock variator up front this would probably be fine, but with a TJT the back runs out of pulley before the front does, which leads to snapped cranks or busted pulleys. I had to drill 2 holes and grind a bunch of metal off my subframe to put the wheel far forward enough, now my hobbit looks all scrunched up with an uber short wheel base.

Oh man it's a belt, it's black, it has ropes and teeth in it... it works perfect in my 1981 PA50 and looks the same as an original one... i like it !

I don't really know why, but this is my favorite belt for a hobbit.
I've tried them all, stock, enduro, Gates belts of all cuts... This one is the best.
