honda hobbit 44mm cast iron sleeved aluminum AUTISA cylinder kit

compatible with honda hobbit, camino, express, pa50, pa50II, nu50, nc50.

some express bikes may require minor fin cutting to fit, but well worth it for this raw power.

this cylinder has no top port and has a cast iron sleeve in an aluminum body, nice and cozy.

comes with cylinder, wrist pin, clips, two exhaust studs, piston and two 44mm x 1.5mm GI rings!

no gaskets babes but we have soo many to choose from its okay.

installation note : make sure the two ports on the piston face UP towards the intake.

also note : there is no top "third" transfer. a very interesting design!

For 50 bucks I can't really complain. But I will say that the wrist pin needle bearing has extra play can come almost half way out of the rod. I also commit get my sleeve out.

2 of 5 Garbage out of the box...but wait! April 21, 2017

Average...useless in my opinion except for the fact that if you pop it in the oven at 450 degrees...you can tap out the sleeve!
Port city!...go to town...lots of material to work with...I have had a lot of fun with this little terd...if you want to experiment buy this...so cheap :)

To get the sleeve back in...just heat the cast to 450 again and freeze the sleeve...you have a good 7-10 seconds to align it and hold in place until it locks tight...feel free to do it as many times as you want...450 degrees will not temper the steal.
