Fits on my 70cc Athena kit It's a tad wide, but does on my 75cc Airsal kit with a little grinding inside the piston.

Spacing washers no longer needed!

I was using 3 stainless thin 12mm washers from McMaster-Carr on each side of the stock bearing to keep it centered on several "kits". What a pain getting it all aligned! With this I didn't need them anymore. 5 tacos!

Perfecto. Just enough slack so it won't seize on the piston sides, yet wide enough so it won't walk out to one side and explode.

too wide for my large port puch Metra80 kit, the pistons measure 16.5mm on the inside.

This is too wide for the puch gila... or at least mine. The gap in the piston on mine is 16mm wide.
