Same problem with the NC50 but nothing a drill can't fix.

Got one for my stock VIP. Of course, I didn't measure to begin with but the intake mounting holes were off.  Drilled them larger and a little dremel work and it fit dead center!

Now I say check out THESE RPM'S!
