***rare one off crank for experimental gurus. this crank features a shorter 40mm stroke!! great for hackers trying to run flatreed or scooter kits on their pyramid reed (or piston port with a lotta extra work)!!*** aluminum stuffed performance derbi piston port/pyramid reed crankshaft made for the gods. fully blkd out in the most beautiful shade of black, stuffed with the finest aluminum stuffers, single oiling hole in the small end. amazing finish and overall production quality. we've done extensive testing on these cranks with big boy setups and have failed to break them. takes a standard 6203 ignition side bearing and 6303 clutch side bearing. pronerd tip: the interference fit on the stock piston port/pyramid crank is relaxed in order to make the assembly process in the derbi factory faster. the new performance crank has a standard interference fit, meaning the bearings fit nice and tightly on the crank! no more crank/seal walking and premature bearing failure! the days of trying to find a metrakit crank are over.
