Not a great fit :( you have to kinda force it into shape.
Edit: It actually fits well. I put oil on it and put it in place with the bolts to hold in position. Let it dry a bit over night and it stayed in shape.

I hate to say it, but this gasket is not cut properly. It is too small to fit on the case. maybe I got a bad one? I heard rumors of this being a problem with the PR gasket, and it appears to be so :(
