PHM38SD carbs were used on 90s KTM LC4 powered dirtbikes, older Moto Guzis, Ducatis, and air head BMWs. PHM40SD was also used, same carb just 2mm larger. Same components.

Not included in this kit is a float needle or seat. These were notorious for going bad and causes fuel leaks. Dellorto p/n is 8649
