this is a unique spigot style 15mm PHBG BD dellorto carburetor with three jets(main, pilot, idle), cable style choke, mixture screw, and endless tuning opportunities thanks to a wide variety of needles, throttle slides, jets, etc.
15mm - spigot mount - cable choke
idle and mixture screws are on the opposite side from normal, very handy for certain mopeds.
also comes with race style metal float bowl with the easy jet access screw. also, unlike in the picture, comes with the screw on race style top now
the dellorto 15mm BD carburetors generally* come with this set up so you can plan your tuning (generally = the jets may or may not be exactly the same - the atomizer will be the same for sure)
