rodney's wheel building service includes a completed built wheel that must be TRUED BY THE PURCHASER!!! they are super close to true, so its not much. you or a shop could easily perfect it
i put this together using the specific method explained in the puch original service manual, so the spoke pattern matches the one used on OG puch moped spoke wheels. the spokes were a TAD bit long so i ground each spoke sticking out just a hair so that it would be smooth and flat.
comes with rim strips!!
remember, this is a NINETEEN inch wheels, so maybe youre doing a dirt bike moped build or just want a larger front for some reason or who really knows?! this should fit right on your original forks when spaced correctly, but you will have to lose the front fender and possibly need a taller fork brace...however, the brake tab slot is the same.
the separate parts are:
19" satin black rim
front spoke 36 hole hub
rear spoke 36 hole hub
rear brake plate
rim is 19" x 1.40" specifically
***note for some reason the brake plates aren't drilled for the cable
adjuster so you'll need to drill a 6mm hole before running it! no
biggie***
should fit puch and peugeot, and possibly motobecane and more. front brake tab slot starts about 28mm from the center of the axle and has about 9mm wide inside.
front axle is 12 and about 150mm wide. comes with nuts, washers, a spacer instead of the speedo drive (however you can use a speedometer drive) and 80mm x 18mm brake pads.
rear axle is the puch rear axle here. you can grab a rear sprocket here! the holes are threaded on the hub to screw it down!
all parts are AFTERMARKET and it is suggested you use a better 6001 sealed bearing than the one that comes with it!! so, the quality is not 100% as good as the original, but all parts are new and in great condition. spokes may have a few scratches!
