They feel great in terms of size and shape. I think I may cut 2-3 inches off the ends but they are kind of awesome all extra wide like huge antlers. My bike has a sleek mean look with the bars being lower than stock bars. I was afraid that I'd have to bend down with lower bars but the 3" pull back allows me to remain in the same comfy spot un-hunched. These aren't painted black like I assumed. They have a black film like substance over them that can peel with aggressive friction.
Comfy but Beefy?
