square port 15mm intake for using dellorto SHA carbs on puch E50 engines. has a hi quality black anodized finish so it will look sleeker longer. SHA carbs tighten down perfectly onto this intake, so say goodbye to airleaks.

If you are trying to use some SHA off another bike you need to make sure the ID (internal diameter) of your dellorto carb shim is 19mm so it will fit perfectly on this intake. All of the SHA carbs sold at HQ come with 19mm shim. Recommended carb for this is the 15mm lever choke, though any of the 15mm or 16mm SHA carbs will work great.

If you lost your shim or need another, you can get this one.

Designed primarily for E50 engines, when used with ZA50 you will have to grind down the oil injector casting to get the carb to fit straight. This is done by dozens of people each month so no reason you can't do it too.

NOTE: If you have a tube frame Puch like Cobra, Pinto, Magnum or Freespirit the lever choke SHA will NOT seat correctly. For these models you'll want to use a cable choke 15.15 SHA like this one here.

Fits the benelli G2 engine after you elongate the holes. Use M6 alen head bolts.

That "other" cheapy Puch sha intake was pretty iffy. Most of them had a probable mistaken tapir to them that would cause them to come loose and never really seat tight. Many a zip tie was used to keep them from sliding off. NO MORE! these new intakes are AWESOME! Tight snug fit, excellent casting, perfect for the moped on a budget! The bottom opening seems maybe a hair smaller than others, but is a dang close fit to exact on say, an airsal kit. Should widen easily with a dremel if you desire, but should be just fine as is from the box!
