new new version of the 15mm bing clone carburetor for all puch mopeds - replaces and upgrades the stock carb, fits perfectly on the intake you have, or you can upgrade to the 15mm bing intake.

comes with an 82 bing jet and a 2.17 atomizer! it also uses regular bing jets and atomizers and all that stuff too.

this is version 1.5 which means it's a lot nicer and more better!

this is definietly a hi quality CLONE! almost equal to the original. euros love these things so why don't you? embrace the new world of cheapness and generic products, hmm. it is a clone though, so be a little more gentle when tightening bolts n such down!

***pro TIP*** be sure to check the float height before jetting and installing the carburetor! they've travelled around the world to get here, and it's a bumpy ride. you'll want to verify that the float height is perfectly level and correctly set or else it will leak or fuel starve!

20mm air filter mounting diameter
20mm ID intake mount

5 of 5 My first "bing" September 6, 2023

I didn't replace any parts on this, no leaks.

I broke the bolt for the clamp after taking the carb off about 20 times... 5 stars because the bolt broke, not the clamp.

Consider an O-Ring!

4 of 5 Happy Happy October 27, 2022

I was happy with the carb. I replaced the top with my original, kept the choke rod and plate as well as the throttle spring, & elbow. doubled up top gasket. I replaced the needle with a 2 band original and re-jetted. I replaced the bowl gasket with a better one. I opted for the atomizer that came with it, and it seems to work fine as well as the needle and float. Well-made body, just needed a little tinkering. No air leaks and holds tight to the intake.

Stock 1977 Maxi Newport.

I ran with a 2.17 atomizer, 2 band needle set on second top notch, 60 main jet, replaced fuel inlet with my old banjo setup. After a good plug chopping it ran with a nice dark mocha coffee colored plug and runs in the low 30's. Stock #4 piston and #4 original cylinder. Motor rebuilt with better crank, not the stuffed one. Keeping things simple.

2 of 5 Leaks like a bitch September 12, 2021

Within the first week of owning it the screw to tighten it onto the intake stripped out. Also, for whatever reason the bowl likes to get stuck wide-open and flood your engine. It finally got to the point where I wasn’t even able to get it to unstick anymore. Now every time I come to a stop I have to turn off my petcock so my engine doesn’t flood.

5 of 5 Solid Carb July 20, 2020

Worth buying over the original. Make sure to switch all your inner parts from your old Bing. O-rind inside your intake as other reviews said will help on air leaks.  Is this better then the $20 clones from Ebay. We will never know but so far no issues.

5 of 5 Best clone since Boba October 23, 2018

Great quality clone. No banjo piece which is an added bonus IMO. Save yourself hours airleak-induced headaches and pair it with the SUPER QUALITY intake which I think is called "#1 Grandpa" now and put an o-ring between the intake and the carb.  After that you should be able to douse it with carb cleaner and it will be unfazed. 82 jet was way too rich on my bike when I still had a 50cc cylinder.
