comes with rear brake plate, 22T sprocket mounted, bearings, axle, and just needs one 11mm nut and adjuster.
the brake arm is kinda stuck, so you will have to free it up with some wd40 or something!
front has a BRAND NEW brake plate, new axle nuts, and both weels spin well. both loose bearing 11mm.
wheels are in good shape, just clean em up. might have little imperfections here and there but nothing big at all.
