comes with brake plate and axle!! dirty! may need brake pads replaced, wheel bearings re-packed or replaced, a washer or nut or two, etc.

some light rust, maybe a ding or two in it but pretty dang true and it'll get ya down the road! not for your restoration/show build. got it?
