wowzah!!!! a USED original 50cc garelli noi castiron cylinder! comes with a piston but you'll need gaskets, or anything else

top of the cylinder is a bit dinkered up and could use some surfacing. bore is in good condition with no scores or streaks. could use a quick hone to deglaze before installing a new piston or rings. piston is in good shape as well but probably needs new rings.

get an spare piston here!
