pretty much complete! wheel bearings and brake shoes should be replaced!

both rims spin VERY true! very very small amount of rust on the rim...the rims are actually quite shiny and amazing. as you can see, the rear brake plate and sprocket have some surface rust.

no returns on this one sorry!!
