used 16" vespa bravo wheel set in ok shape. a little rough but fixable
comes with front brake plate with old pads, axle, a few nuts. spins pretty true
rear wheel does not have transmission. has a few broken spokes but it's okay. we have
spokes here!
not too bad, would clean up pretty well
