seemingly normal but actually rare strange weird 5 star made by a company fonder monte that apparently hasnt existed since the 70s...or do they? i dunno, but pretty sick if ya ask me...brake plate kinda frozen but complete wheel comes with 11mm axle, nuts, brake plate and speedo drive...all of which dont really seem to work so youre gonna have to un-freeze the brake plate and kinda rebuild it all, but whatever its cheap enough so if you want a wrencher deal, here ya go! 16" x 1.5" no returns buddy!!!!! sorry
