teflon coated 70cc 45mm single ring replacement piston for the tomos 45mm alukit

this will ONLY work for the 45mm tomos alukit as the bore is slightly larger meaning this piston will fit tight in other 45mm reed kits.

this is the ultimate race edition treatshq branded designed 6/26/2013

45mm teflon coated with 1mm ring! oiling holes on the wrist pin boss!

meeeeasurements -

total length - 50mm
25mm piston height (center of wrist pin to top)

PLEASE READ - 1mm rings are very delicate so please install with care and precision! omg rad we finally got a replacement ring!

the teflon coating will come off very quickly, the true power of this piston is a single 1mm ring and extra oiling holes on the wrist pin. no need to be alarmed. do the extra rpm come from a coating? do i need to answer that?

Works great for old kits that are in need of a new piston and doesn't clatter around making it quieter

5 of 5 Gainss February 18, 2021
taco eater : Matthew Mulligan from Terryville, CT United States
Single ring revs your engine quicker and holds higher rpms. Those are the only known gains specific to this piston I had. I did quite a few things when I swapped in the piston. So I can’t really speak on power gains.

Don’t worry about that Teflon. It’s more for looks. It peels right off when opening the window. Won’t last long in the cylinder.

5 of 5 works with Athena AJH September 11, 2014
taco eater : Adam Riggsby from Rutland, MA United States
works well with the Athena AJH. corrects spacing issue on the port timing, but you still gotta countersink a head! the Wiseco 16.3 needle bearing works PERFECT for this piston. go fast!

EDIT : at the dude from connecticut, you need a countersunk head like i said. without it, it runs like crap because it has a squish of like 4mm.

They said it would work with athena ajh, my puch ran sweet before I put the piston in, swapped to this and it runs like absolute garbage. I thought it could be something elts I did like a bum gasket or something. Tried with new gaskets and still runs like shit. Went back to stock piston and it runs sweet again. Huge bummer!
