5 of 5 good pipe Tuesday, January 23, 2024
taco eater : Gabe from Cary, NC United States
good pipe. threw it on me stock a35 and now I can get my front wheel up. adjustable end-bleed is nice. mine came with the plug installed. heard somewhere small holes = torque, and big holes = top speed. fucked around with em and it seems so. the bike felt best with big hole, but I'm having transmission problems and I needed the momentum little hole gave me to shift to 2nd

4 of 5 Get wider pegs and you'll fly Monday, December 18, 2023

Installed this bad boy on my '99 Targa LX and it's great. It's a bit of a tight fit and you more than likely will need to bend it, but HOLY MOLLY does this pipe kick in nicely, makes my steed git up n' go!

I'm still messing with the end bleed, but it's not loud like the biturbo and it a nicer lower tone that just sounds much better.

I had to hammer my right pedal arm flat to get it on, I'd grab the universal set so you have the clearance, they are on my next order. Will update, but I hope they don't bang into the expansion chamber like the OEM pedals do.

5 of 5 Absolutely amazing pipe for like a month Monday, September 12, 2022
taco eater : Charles Thomas from Bloomsbury, NJ United States
Seriously. This thing absolutely rips, great high revving pipe, and when that expansion chamber hits its like a turbo kicks in and all of a sudden you've jumped from 30 to 45. I hit 50 on a long straightaway, and probably could've pulled even more, and then my baffle literally shook itself apart and now my pipe is loud as f*ck. Does it still work just as well? Maybe. But this was my first time going 50 on a moped and I could feel my balls in my throat. I don't know how some of you crazy motherf*ckers go over 50 on mopeds. especially with tiny drum brakes, like the stopping distance from full speed is a whole block at LEAST. This shiz is dangerous yo.

Oh yeah right, the pipe. It's good.

5 of 5 Pulls and pulls and pulls Wednesday, September 18, 2019
taco eater : Anonymous Person from Bedford, OH United States
Slapped this puppy on a 1980 A3 Bullet, upjetted and geared up the front sprocket to a 28t. Still using the stock encrappy carb. My once lame 28 mph ped literally ripped to 40 mph (GPS) and was still accelerating when I got off the throttle. Just ran out of street. Power band hit right as the bike hit 2nd gear and it pulled almost completely through the entire gear. Wanna breathe some life into an old stock A3? Get this pullin' pipe!

Back to the point, when I started blasting, the weld in the elbow of the expansion chamber said "F*** YOU" and popped off that bitch like a champagne cork barely missing Kyle's face from KFC. Think I gave a S***? Well, I was concerned for Kyle, but after I knew he was okay, I kept on a blasting. I kept the hole plugged by switching from my toe to my heel to cover the ginormous 50 cent size hole. To sum it all up, if you're building a BS bike, this is the pipe for you. If you're building a ripper, this is also a great pipe for like 2 weeks. Then you can buy a real pipe or make your own. I have destroyed 4 of these and will not buy another. That's also a lie because I'll keep building BS bikes to run good. 5 stars run good don't buy, but run good.

5 of 5 Not good for ripping A3s Saturday, October 6, 2018
taco eater : Justin Vorhis from Columbia, SC United States
So there I was at the KFC seized and desist rally with an estoril that was only a couple months old. Like seriously this thing is so fresh it’s barely discolored.... fresh right?!?. Anyway so I’m blasting past all these stupid puchs up this widow maker of a hill because A3 MF duh. As I got to the top I noticed something wasn’t right. Well at the middle of the ride stop the baffle was hanging out of the clamp thing that sucks because it broke. So most people would be like. Well my baffle is gone so I’m gonna take it easy. Me though. I’m like screw that. I didn’t come to Kentucky to suck on the ride. So as we’re leaving the middle stop of the 70 mile bike killing gauntlet I dug right into the throttle. Why because Effin A Effen 3. Do you smell what I’m steppin in? If not you don’t know anyway.

2 of 5 CHECK YOU PEDAL CLEARANCE Thursday, May 17, 2018
taco eater : ped Pal from Northern United States
Bought this pipe, was very eager to see what any extra performance could come from a new exhaust on a small 50cc moped. Honestly not much. Made sure everything was snugg, sounds/ran like a top; but mike ped still on goes 29-30mph on flats. Anyone got specific tuning suggestions to boost this over 35mph (and not hold up the traffic to scared to pass me)???

If your gonna buy this bike get the wide boy pedals, I really wish treat land would not have advertised this as if would fit a Tomod a3, because my 1979 a3sp did not fit the pipe. Honestly, they (the site) should have just mand an asterisk (*...) to specify. I'd give the product a 100/10 taco score if Treatland courteously sent me the wide boy pedals as a small condolence, but you never can expect things like that these days. :(

5 of 5 Looks & sounds great! Sunday, April 23, 2017
taco eater : Jack Shaffer from Elyria, OH United States
Running a 44mm K-star with 15/15 sha. Gave about a 2mph increase over Biturbo. Improved mid & upper rpm.  Bolted on easily with no issues. Found the bolt with larger bleed hole works best with my set up.
