5 of 5 God I love these Monday, December 7, 2015
taco eater : Andy from Atlanta, GA United States
I exclusively use these. Best exhaust nut solution ever. They hold super tight for long periods of time and they're super easy to safety wire for the track!

Hey dummy complaining about how easily they strip, that's the point. brass is softer than steel- it makes it so you can't over torque them and strip or break your studs.

5 of 5 Sometimes You Just Need These Wednesday, July 30, 2014
taco eater : Alan Blake from Cleveland, OH United States
Had to use these in order to mount a Tecno Boss pipe on my Sears Free Spirit. The stock (short) brass nuts wouldn't turn because the hex part kept binding up on the pipe's header. These nuts were just long enough to get the hex out of the way of the pipe. The only problem I have now is that the flange on the pipe is not very flat, and I can't get these tight enough (without stripping) to seal the pipe joint.

5 of 5 The best. Saturday, July 19, 2014
taco eater : Maci Dub from Dubvue, WA United States
There's a reason exhaust studs are made of brass, it won't bind with the steel studs from the heat.  The round base clears thick headers, and the length makes them easy to install and get to to tighten.  It also gives you plenty of extra threads, if You stripped them you apparently need to use a torque wrench. .  I've been using them for years.

you torque them to spec and in a few months they strip out.  I found the nut also mushroomed.  buy the smaller ones, but I'll have a full review once those fail

As others mentioned they strip very easily. It would be perfect if it wasn't brass.

5 of 5 measure first! doesn't fit polini exhaust studs Sunday, March 17, 2013
taco eater : non-measurer from Spokane, WA United States
i have a 64cc polini kit, and these brass nuts wont screw on. i assumed they would, as no one said anything to the contrary. so i guess that makes me an ass for not measuring first.
