LOVE these things...first thing in for a Bravo and a Grande, huge improvement for both...its fast, simple, have a new throttle cable to make life even easier, even just replace the inner cable, its easy...for either of those two bikes its an absolute must in my opinion...buy one now and stick it in there !  You'll be so glad you did !

Simple to put in, everything lined up nicely.  Started right up and gave me a nice power boost.  Even sounds a lot better.

5 of 5 Beyond easy to install on Bravo! Tuesday, April 8, 2014
taco eater : Matt from Boulder, CO United States
I broke my wrist/arm a few days before ordering this kit, along with a proma circuit pipe, and it was still easy to bolt on a 78' Bravo and ride! I noticed a huge boost in power and with a proma pipe I got up to 39.9mph on a slight hill, where before I only toped out at 25.3mph.

In the end, BUY THIS KIT!

5 of 5 Makes Kinetic Peppy Sunday, November 3, 2013
taco eater : Da Momb from Chicago, IL United States
Quicker off the line. Low, mid improvements right away. Kinetic top screws right on. 59 jet.
Added Proma performance pipe next and gained 7mph on the top. DO IT. Nice to have when you need it.

5 of 5 perfect! Wednesday, May 8, 2013
taco eater : Rodrigo Molina from Somerville, MA United States
I installed it in my Vespa Grande and it fit almost perfectly. I had to bend the shock lever a little bit but it was easy and I am happy with the results. It was an easy swap. It gave my Vespa the extra power I was looking for.

5 of 5 no more mopey moped! Monday, September 24, 2012
taco eater : india behrens from cincinnati, OH United States
I have a '78 Bravo. This went right on, was easy to change out & (coupled with a PROMA circuit performance pipe) made my bike go 30-32mph on a flat straight away instead of it's original 15-20mph. Perfect for city driving!

5 of 5 Good Upgrade Wednesday, May 16, 2012
taco eater : Sean Lynch from Tucson, AZ United States
I've paired mine with an Olympia 64cc kit, Mazzy anticipato crank and a Proma Circuit pipe. Jetted at #68 for Tucson (elev. 2500ft). The bike hauls ass once the pipe hits (25mph) and everything flows well up to and north of 45mph, which is plenty fast for a stock-suspension Ciao on 17x2.00 Vrooms. Glad I went for the Malossi with it's less-restrictive filter.

5 of 5 s'good! Monday, March 12, 2012

the carb was an easy swap on my stock kinetic. this one doesn't have the kinetic-style top, but like someone else said, you can just keep the top from the stock carb, not mess with the throttle cable at all, and bolt it right onto the new one.

carb comes with a 65 jet that is WAY too rich for my kinetic + proma pipe. i ended up with about a 59. maybe consider a handful of jets.

the air filter is a tight squeeze into the subframe of a kinetic, but a long screwdriver for leverage and some grunting will get you there.

5 of 5 Super breezy upgrade Tuesday, January 3, 2012
taco eater : sean t from san jose, CA United States
Really really easy way to get that old vespa of yours running better. I put this on my fully stock Vespa grande and it noticeably increased acceleration and increased top end speed a little bit. Then I put a nice exhaust on and it really opened up. Then I put a malossi 64cc kit and it made for a solid reliable daily rider.

In conclusion, buy this carb and air filter and you won't regret it.
