Don’t even look at the green “stock” one, just get this thicker 0.8mm one and never worry about transmission fluid leaks again!

5 of 5 I Love This Gasket Monday, October 19, 2020

I know you're not supposed to use gaskets more than once, especially if its the kind of gasket that keeps transmission fluid from leaking all over the floor overnight, but you can totally use this gasket way more than once.

I've reused the same one several times, still perfect.  Wet the gasket with oil before installing.

4 of 5 What are YOU talking about? Friday, September 23, 2016

The clutch starter "cam" is in a fixed location on the clutch cover. Moving the "lobe" of the cam farther away from the starter plate would require a longer throw or longer pull of the starter cable to contact the starter plate.

The thickness of a clutch cover gasket has absolutely NOTHING to do with your clutch starter plate. Anyhoos.......these gaskets are the best!

sealed up great!!!!! but may need to adjust clutch cable. I found some difficulty when starting as the clutch would not catch. It started just fine though and as i said seals great just be aware that 0.8 is not true to spec for an e50.
