At first use , end of bolt mushroomed out and would not stay on cotter pin after that. Crap for my money! Ended up using a heavy duty C clamp -worked much better. Don't waste your money

With a little Liquid Wrench to warm it up in advance, this thing removed a pin that had been wedged into a pedal arm for 40 years so cleanly that it could be used again tomorrow.  Also you can store two pins in the holes on the handle, which is great if you don't have any pockets or you're using it in the nude.

SUPER HEAVY Duty.  With this, the days of beating out cotter pins with a 4 pound sledge hammer are over!  Worth the money.

The tool arrived just 3 days after having placed the order, and I live in Italy. The tool looks great and works like a charm, three stubborn cotter pin had to give up after no more of 3 turns of the bolt of this almighty press. I was impressed. Oh, and if someone wants to know, the tool works perfectly on bicycle cranks too. Get it, you won't be sorry.

i was beating the living sh** out of a cotter pin on this maxi trying to get it out, got pissed, just tried everything so used one of these. wow, this tool loosened and extracted it in less than a minute with the most minimal effort. such a good tool for almost every single moped, a must have for moped workshop.
