the only think I'd add is 2 additional nuts so you have a nut on each side of the arm like stock.  otherwise you need to tighten it so tight it can strip that axle threading

These wrecked my snowflake mag.. bummer. Spacers are useless. You need something else,  not sure what. Maybe washers?

Make sure nothing is grinding.  Make sure your hub isn't getting HOT.

This conversion kit is great and imo essential if you're going fast on snowflakes. If you're like me, you probably don't have a 12mm drill bit laying around to drill out the brake plate. I used a 1/2" drill bit, which is .7mm larger but worked fine.

Great product! Definitely did have to drill out the brake plate. Also had to sand down the axles a tad so the bearings would fit on em but no biggie

Def a bazillion times smoother ride than loose ads bearings!
