4 of 5 Had to mill a bit off the square end.... September 14, 2021
taco eater : mud from Halethorpe, MD United States
I bought these for my Moby, 50V 1979 with the mag wheels because the measurements matched my drums. Only hiccup was the flat ends that rest against the actuator. They were a little too wide to fit into my actuator pivot, but I just milled a little off. 12mm is what it needed to be for my Moby, as delivered was shy of 13. No big deal, I know these are multi fit items, just thought Id throw that out there in case it helps. Would buy again for the price!

5 of 5 Not your mother's maxipad August 2, 2017

Fits Puch Maxi with Leleu rims. Once they worn in properly, they were great.

Had to lock the front brake auto-adjust thingy in place with a screw. It tends to let the shoes ride the drum too hard.

Don't really know why they are on sale? maybe time will tell.....but they fit like a condom with your name on it. No trouble at all, they installed with ease (i had more difficult adjusting my brake lever and chains then installing these babies) 1977 puch maxi rear leleu

5 of 5 Easy... Breezy... Covergirl... April 17, 2015
taco eater : Panda from Lititz, PA United States
Servicing a Maxi for my neighbor. Brakes were all but gone. Tossed in a set of these puppies... damn! what an upgrade haha! The only "issue" i had was one of the shoes had a bit too thick a layer of material and wouldnt allow the brake plate to slide back into the hub.

5 of 5 Easiest September 21, 2014
taco eater : Chinatown Kicks from Boston MA
These have consistently been the easiest shoes to install on my Maxi spokes.  They go right in with no problems.  You don't have to cut, grind, or fabricate anything.  Sand down the pads' leading and trailing edges if you want, but these are stress-free.

5 of 5 Awesome April 24, 2014
taco eater : Spencer from PORTLAND, OR United States
Why do people always bitch about the quality of the product when they are using a part that is not recommended for the moped by treats. If it says its for a puch front wheel and a hobbit rear wheel and you use it on some other rando fuckin bike.... 1 Star rating for those people....

Used these on some motobecane wheels, they didn't fit and had to sand them down to get them to work. They're alright.
