I used this on a 90cc V1 setup and the vibrations actually made the mount break. It's not metal under there- it's just hardened plastic.
Maybe I should've used larger washers to distribute the the pressure against it, but yeah- busted. Still ran though!
Super glued it and it's holding up so far.

I bought this with a complete Minarelli CDI setup and decided to try the coil out on my bike before doing the conversion. I could occasionally get a tiny blue spark, but was never able to get a good enough spark for the engine to kick over. I'm sure with the CDI setup it will work great, when I get around to it, but I wouldn't recommend this as a stock replacement as others have indicated.

Bought this for my friend's Lazer Sport 50 Minarelli with points CEV magneto(6 volt) to replace the original failing unit from 1979. No spark at all. Put original coil back on for now
