The 74cc Gila kit for the ZA50 or E50 is a straight beast. Yeah, you gotta do a little case work and weld material to get a solid seal, and maybe mill the head a bit to get the squish right, but once it’s in, the bike rips. Pulls hard, revs smooth, and makes the motor feel alive. It's totally worth the work — this is my favorite kit for a ZA50 build.

This kit after about 150 worth of fucked up machining by a crummy machine shop on my cases ended up with a groovy kit. Stuffy crank, Tm 24, bk100 and a za50 equal panty wetting material. Accidentally ran it lean as hell before I realized that was the issue but this baby takes. Buy it. Trust me

Put this on tomos a55. With MLM 24 mm gilardoni intake for tomos, mikuni 24mm tm flat slide carb, v force 8 petel reeds. with simonini pipe.. 60 mph.. With more tuning should run 65 mph
