PVL motobecane internal rotor analog competition CDI ignition for alll MBK - av7, av10, 50v, 51v.

includes everything you need to set it up - combined ignition coil/cdi box, stator, flywheel, nuts/bolts, backing plate, and fully illustrated and photocopied instructions in french.

this version includes the PVL 105 458 cdi box and a backing plate specially produced by JD racing

no lighting coil included or available, racers only.

Easy to install and time. Great quality, except the plug wire and boot seem kinda wimpy. Very light weight internal rotor. Had to mill the back side of the mounting bracket to get it to fit on my Bidalot cases...not sure about stock av10 cases. Just a regular Puch puller works great.

This Analog version of the PVL ignition has a very safe curve if you can see on the chart. Here is a clearer picture http://scootermotor.de/en/fb_diagramme.htm

The y-axis is the number of degrees and the x is the rpms. The rotor is meant for 20mm crankshafts and has an adapter for your 16mm crankshaft. You'll need a special puller for this or fab one.
