new PUCH ZA50 3 shoe clutch designed for jammin. cut with lasers from egyptian steel, springs sprung from the finest of springy spring steel, friction material sourced from the depths of the andes mountains. maybe.

comes with 3 sets of springs (1.5mm, 1.6mm and 1.7mm).

note this clutch includes a special splined lock washer that must be used!!

we've found that motorex ATF works great as it's designed specifically for crazy high stall spin-out performance on KTM dirtbikes. royal purple is also a winner! but we're busy dudes so we encourage everyone to try different oils/fluids and report back with your findings. actually, you'll need to have a full report written from the tribologist if you decide to use something crazy.

NOTE !!! -- this clutch comes partially to fully disassembled since you are going to be changing the springs around anyway. you MUST use some thread locker on the countersunk m6 bolts once you've tested out the springs and figured out which set ya like best!

I recently picked up the new Treatland PUCH ZA50 jammer first gear clutch, and it’s been a game-changer for my setup. Installation was straightforward — everything fit clean without the usual headaches you sometimes run into with aftermarket parts.
Durability looks promising too — the build quality is excellent, and after a few rides it’s holding up without any weird wear or chatter. Time will tell long-term, but so far it feels like a rock-solid upgrade.
use the recommended ATF oil or something similar. I agree with cornped, go with the white springs.

I replaced my 1st gear clutch with this jammer. At first I used 10-40 motorcycle clutch oil and it slipped way too much. Then I went to ATF Type F and its perfect.

I like the white springs. They are the weakest, but I dont need a lot of slip on this clutch.

These new jammers are awesome and the all new ZAmmer is even better. Way nicer hubs with integrated brace, totally new pads that are way more durable than the old Jammer pads, and perfect pad weights designed just for the ZA engine specifically for perfect slip to grip to rip!
