dellorto PHBG 21mm BD carburetor by malossi. this carb is a spigot style with two special vents, one for oil injection and the other for an air vent. you could use it on your small motorcycle or scooter or... block off the vents and use it on your moped! air mixture and idle screws on the right side and it comes with a cable choke and a 90 degree bendy for your throttle cable. sweet right. yep

main jet = 70
idle jet = 48
starter jet = 60
slide = 40
needle = W7
atomizer = 262 AU

4 of 5 Ran great on my golden bullet. July 16, 2014

I ran this a lot in the winter and spring time, ran like a champ with the 21/21 70cc airsol kit and the weakends high performance pipe and a 27T front sprocket. Great pick, but no choke for the cold, kind of have to put your hand over the back of the carb to act as a choke for that.

5 of 5 Worked on my Targa Lx! September 13, 2012

This carb worked great! Very tunable and powerful!

I have a '96 Targa lx (A35) with the 70cc airsal kit and a biturbo.

This carb came with:
46 idle jet (I switched to a 40)
60 choke jet (kept it)
70 main (went to 80, but try 78-90 to start)
W16 needle (I tried a W7 like many people suggest but ended up going back to the W16 and putting it on the 2nd leanest setting.)

I didn't want it to be loud, which happens when you have the intake shooting to the side and use a high flow filter so I figured out how to use this intake:

and modify the intake, carb, and airbox to use the custom airbox! Through trial and error I got awesome results and it IS possible.  I made a video to help other mopeders who want to run a bigger carb and sacrifice just a little power to stay quiet. Here's the video:
