It seems dellorto 4 stroke diffuser atomisers. I don't know if OKO works like Dellorto air screw models.

This OKO diffuser atomizer has 19 actual holes although there are 18 tiny ones on the side and one big one in the middle.
Putting it in an OKO 30mm that previously had the puny 9-hole atomizer didn't make anything go horribly wrong, and midrange is possibly smoother.
