Just a great carb, very easy to tune. For 70-80cc kits, you'll probably want a 40-50 idle, 100-120 main, and a JJK/JJF/JJH/N80F needle @ 2nd leanest clip. It comes equipped with a 45 idle, 107 main, and a 6KB needle.
My idle screw broke in 5 minutes. The spring was too stiff. Get the rebuild kit while you're at it. It has a nicer screw with a softer spring.
The top gasket may get chewed up if you're not careful when tuning, so get a few of those.
And yes...the power jet works. And it's awesome.
***EDIT*** Do yourself a huge favor and get the Polini main/idle/needle sets. ESPECIALLY the needle set!!! You can also "tune" the power jet by removing the top brass cover mini bolt and replace it with an M5 bolt/washers. This will allow you to partially block the power jet port, which will delay and limit the enrichment. Infinitely variable, cheap, and it WORKS.

These things are great, we have 4 of them in our club and a bunch of jet sets, tuning is easy when everybody uses the same jets! Don't forget to buy the jet sets, makes life so so easy.

I bought one of these the day it posted to the Treats site. David asked me "what are you putting this on?" I replied "don't know yet" :P They appear to be machined much nicer than other OKOs I've seen, and it compares very nicely to the Metrakit Keihins I run on the Derbis. One thing though - you have to get a blk choke lever - makes it look even better when it actually is blk blk.
