you will probably need to do a small amount of filing to get things to line up tho ... cause its a moped part!!!

great for hackin onto anything ya want too!!

the top square part is about 9" x 9"
it is about 12" tall
and the mounting holes are about 2" eye to eye and 3" apart from side to side
