NOS leleu 70mm brake plate with pads

this is a leleu 70mm little brake plate with pads for some batavus and peugeot 102 wheels!

for a brake drum with 70mm inner diameter
made for an 11mm axle
pads are 16mm wide
comes with springs

nos so these are old but work and never been used!
