new old stock original derbi piston port engine case. this is the later piston port style where it's actually a pyramid reed casting that hasn't had the reed portion milled out. you could machined out the material and drill and tap holes to make it a pyramid reed case half if you're crafty hehe.

JUST THE CASE half, NO INTERNALS.
