NOS CEV 4 wire voltage regulator / rectifier

nos italian made CEV 4 wire voltage regulator / rectifier for 12 volt systems.

comes with three wires that have female connectors: two yellow and one brown,

and one bolt-on connector (grey for ground?)

don't have a wiring diagram for this one, but it is for sure a regulator and rectifier. i'm sure a wiring wizard out there will let us know what's up.
