ok well this is a strange one that you dont see too often... its a new old stock 16" gold grimeca wheel with sealed bearings, 12mm axle, 52T rear sprocket, brake plate with pads, and missing the axle nuts... BUT it has a crazy pedal sprocket built into the same side as the drive sprocket!! some bikes use this...maybe yours?? basically this means you should run your chain on the right side if you want the freewheel to function or you can just use this for an italian bike and disregard the freewheel... french thread freewheel, like puchs spacing is about 170mm for swing arm no returns sorry!
