NOS 16" front snowflake mag wheel

NOS front silver snowflake mag wheel. not 100 percent sure which this is for, but maybe flandria mopeds? or perhaps sachs? i bet it wouldn't be too hard to put this on tomos, minarelli or garelli and even more...

its nude. has an 11mm axle and loose bearings. no brake plate though. looks like it will take a 90mm one.
