This fit on my stock Peugeot case perfectly with the MLM 2" pedal extension. It seem(ed) really well made and feels very solid. The performance increase when added to the 70 cc kit is awesome. At 5500 RPMs the engine wakes up and pulls hard through 9K where I chicken out. At least an 8-10 MPH increase! ADD: As mentioned in another review, the spring that holds the baffle is too light and vibrates like a tuning fork at various RPMs. Gotta get a stiffer/heavier spring. EDIT: The pipe cut through the baffle, likely due to the stiffer spring to reduce vibration. New ($30) baffle came with a better spring and worked great until pipe cracked at the front bracket and where the pipe is welded to itself at the circuit. Maybe weldable, but the front crack is very large...

The pipe for Peugeot 103

I really believe that this is the pipe for Peugeot 103s. 1980 103 LVS w/ 70cc kit + head, new reeds, 15.15 SHA, launch lever, all stock components kickstand, pedals AND variator cover preserved! This pipe unleashed it. My bike will just go until it engages space time continuum. or explodes. Very two strokey, top ends ridiculous once found. The spring is lame, get a new one. without any modification the pedals rub ever so slightly, you won't need to pedal much as this pipe rips. nothing is bolt and go.

Mounts up nice and perfect, seems good, but has clearance issues everywhere...baffle hits pedal on ignition side (easy one to fix) and when the engine variates the variator side of the pipe hits the belt/pulley (unridable) ... it also isnt compatible with the polini spring (bummer)... so for me its un-usuable and i need to hack and weld, or possibly buy a flange adapter and make a bracket to drop it down further from the engine so the bike can variate... quality seems good though.

finally a pipe custom made for the pug 103...except not quite...: ( mounted up great but the right hand pedal hits the baffle...just barely but enough to cause problems... luckily i ended up using a hobbit pedal crank i had but still...not plug and play fer sure great low end/mid and truly rips up hills if you have a launch lever... also, the baffle isn't repackable...will treats offer the replacement down the road? hard to tell.. also #2 it's quite loud but not terrible full review here: http://www.mopedarmy.com/forums/read.php?1,4142932
edit treats 12/12/17 - extra baffles are on the way to us and should arrive in the next 1-2 months.
