Fits, but have to replace studs because length is shorter.

also note this is a side intake. this with 15 dell and 60 jet does solid 32.

Didn't fit on my stock 1980 102sp. Look at your intake before buying. My intake's mount had one side with an extra long stud and raised mounting plate.
