featuring a two part flywheel with plastic fan to reduce weight, a retarding cdi box, and 90 watts for lighting/accessories!

NOTE: this setup will only fit stock CDI (not kinetic cdi), polini speed, polini evolution and malossi cdi cases! you MUST read the instructions as the cases will need a few millimeters of material removed (dremel, mill, etc) to allow the flywheel to clear! no biggie though!!

I have a deps engine and decided to go with a points setup as I really did not need insaine performance. While true after 4x exploded flywheels and being unable to start the bike no matter how many points parts I ordered I decided to get this and some mp-one cdi crankcases. As far as the wiring its super simple and all color coded, it includes a manual which is self explanitory. This thing has insaine spark that jumps 3 inches and makes starting your bike super easy. The only issue is that NO matter what I could not get the woodruff to seat in the flywheel and crank, It would always fall off. If you have timing gear use that or what I did is just mark where the woodruff would sit on the flywheel and crank and line em up. Simple and this rips. Only thing is flywheel durability, which looks super high quality and has been great for now. While I suspect no issues I will edit this if it ever kics the bucket.
