Good quality product copy of vintage Bidalot parallelogram still used today by French moped racers.
Doesn't bolt on your variated motobecane or peugeot frame without modifications and top bracket high enough for exhaust clearance with front wheel and ground. The system needs to be mounted very square or the belt will twist, jump, wear out too fast and break.
Advantages:
1- Straight mount exhaust, no ball joint = less stress on the pipe and no loss of burnt gas, no loss of horse power.
Also gives you the option to mount a pump exhaust = automatic adjustable length of the pipe at different rpm for different sound waves.
2- The carburetor bowl stays at a straight angle = less mixture turbulence, easier to tune, better performance.
3- Perfect longitudinal swivel of the engine = better precision, response and acceleration, less stress on the belt.
A good option for tuners who always wanted to try a parallelogram system but couldn't build it. This one is ready to go.
