the caliper mount is 60mm from eyelet to eyelet and also slightly off set - the top mount sticks out 5mm more than the bottom

I have used the Mike Thomas set up with the Tomos brake caliper several times with no issues. On these 23.5 legs the caliper mount is 3 mills lower and does not fully clear the Mike Thompson rotor! WTF?
