This mirror is a stock replacement for a vespa P series or Stella scooter. That is what the mysterious mounting bracket is for.

Real nice mirror - nice finish and nice and long!
...but I'm stumped as to how to mount it using the given hardware. Looking like I'll be hacking something together...
