Peugeot takes 6203, not 6303 :( If I could only read.

Another reviewer for bearings, the 6203, mentioned theirs didn't spin too well and mine is about the same. I greased it up to little smoothness, 2t oil helped a bit but it will stop quickly after a second or two. My FAG bearings will just spin all day...
