Without making a wood template to sandwich the gasket material, and then drill the holes, it is very hard to get good holes. Tin snip is good for cuts, but the holes are difficult.

This gasket material is awesome! its all beefy like and seals up that exhaust flange and port real good. It's a little tricky to work with but the best method for cutting definitely involves the use of tin snips and a strong punch (i use a super old leather punch)
update: make sure to oil your exhaust gaskets or it'll blow within a week. with oil this seals like no other!

finally a good cheap source for gasket materials. I bought a bunch and its awesome, i just cant figure out what to use to cut it out into gaskets without messing it up. The one gasket i managed to hack out worked great though.
I got methods.... And a patch wif diamonds
