Like mentioned already this guy is on the restrictive side as it comes.

After carefully removing the foam, it serves wonderfully as a mesh type filter!

Oil it. Like give it a lil bit of oil in the foam BEFORE you jet around it. If you dont, it will oil itself with any back spray from he carb and then youl have to re tune your carb. Started out fine then rode it like 30 miles and It wanted the needle down two clicks an down a main jet one size.

wanted some kind of filtration over my tm20.... it also spits out a lot of fuel so per ^^ that review, i ordered this. my currently 62mph hobbit was now handicapped at maybe 30mph? if that??? thing SUPER restricted my air flow :( thought there was something wrong with my bike lol pulled it off, started it... naw just this filter. shame, really nice design and all. oh well live n learn

I’m running a vm20 on a kitted minarelli. This bad Larry sucks up all the air you need and doesn’t stay soaked with fuel. This means you can start your bike over and over again without having to take the filter off. Sweet!
